My father has been trying to get an appointment for the last 3 weeks. They state they didn't have the referral paperwork although it had already been faxed, this had to be resent again to them. Every time they have called to check in and attempt to get an appointment scheduled, they either don't answer or state they need to review the referral paperwork. The front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional, stating "don't call us we will call you". Avoid this place if you intend on actually receiving treatment in a timely man... read more
I've seen Dr. Sonia Khatter for several years and she is the best!! In addition to being very professional as a doctor, she is warm and friendly and is very informative about what exactly I need to do about my osteopesis without being too stern. All of her staff have been delightful! I highly recommend this office and Dr. Khatter.
My daughter has been going here for infusions but missed her appointment due to her son being in the hospital and when she called to reschedule they said they couldn't see her because she missed 2 appointments even after explaining the situation. Now shes in pain and we are looking for a new place and the customer service rep was rude. They should try training people better for situations like this. Horrible place
Dr. Zachariah was extremely patient and thorough in reviewing my medical history and recommending treatment options. I think she is tremendous and would highly recommend her
Have been trying for nearly a month to get an appointment with this clinic. Everytime I have called they need more and more . First it was a second referral then it was certain blood work to get an appointment. I even had them call my primary to have them tell them what more was required . So tried again after they said I needed additional blood work only for the to tell me now they need imaging. I am sure next they are going to need my first born. I am done.
