Absolutely horrible place. Don't waste your time! They do not listen to you, they just look at numbers. Never going back again!
Avoid this irresponsible place at all costs. I never even got an appointment. They never pick up the phone and if they do, they lie that referral is not found. Extremely rude and unprofessional, go to other clinics.
The receptionist here could not have been more rude to my wife who’s dealing with a terrible arthritis flair up. The receptionist was mean over the phone and then just hung up on here and when she tried to call back was diverted to a message. This is not how you treat people especially when they’re in pain
Dr. Jeranko and the Thornton team have been nothing short of fantastic. Dr. Jeranko is incredibly understanding, takes any symptoms or concerns seriously, and seems to prioritize quality of life for patients. The infusion team is phenomenal and understanding. The front desk staff is also incredible, and helped to ensure I got quick approval and scheduling for my infusions.
My father has been trying to get an appointment for the last 3 weeks. They state they didn't have the referral paperwork although it had already been faxed, this had to be resent again to them. Every time they have called to check in and attempt to get an appointment scheduled, they either don't answer or state they need to review the referral paperwork. The front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional, stating "don't call us we will call you". Avoid this place if you intend on actually receiving treatment in a timely man... read more
