After PCP referral took numerous phone calls and three months to schedule an appointment with a very unprofessional and intimidating provider, Dr. Anita Zachariah. I had a couple visits with her and told her about all of my pains, in her visit notes she wrote “painless”. In second visit she didn’t even listen to my concerns and told me to listen to her instead. When I complained, their consumer relations specialist called and indirectly told me to find a different provider elsewhere. Horrible practice, terrible experience
Will never go back here, not sure how Dr. Zachariah has 2 good reviews. Was referred here and it took forever to get my referral and kept getting the run around. I finally had my appt and she basically laughed in my face. I guess because I wasn’t some 80 year old grandma. Clearly my Dr referred me for a reason but apparently to her that wasn’t good enough 🤷♀️. I laugh now when the scheduler told me that I need to be on time because her “time is valuable” like she didn’t waste mine. Rather pay money to never come back here.
Terrible customer service. My doctor sent in a referral for me a week earlier. I called to schedule an appointment and waited on hold for over 15 minutes to be informed that they never received my referral. The representative was very rude to me and hung up on me when I questioned why they didn't receive my referral. Needless to say, I will be getting a referral to a doctor in an office that is not associated with CAC
I have had two visits with Dr. Jeranko and have found him to be one of the BEST DOCTORS. Why? He is always the same. He is very professional, compassionate, a good listener and genuinely finds solutions to help you with your arthritis issues. Dr. Jeranko also values you as a patient, when other doctors don't. The Office Staff are wonderful and friendly. The office is warm and welcoming when you come in. THANK YOU DR.JERANKO and STAFF.
Customer service is poor. Hard to contact this office. Haven't received my referral. Won't call the patient to schedule an appointment. Appointments are 6 to 8 weeks out however they take 1 hour lunch breaks.
