Everyone there is so welcoming, friendly, and efficient. I've been struggling with my asthma for years and within 10 min Nicole PA knew what problem was. Vocal cord disorder that can seem like an asthma issue but it'd not. It's nice to know that I'm not crazy and my symptoms were a legitimate problem.
I typically have used the Broomfield location since it was closer to my previous employer but changed to the Brighton location this year and so far I have had the WORST experiences with this location. I did my annual exam and during the appt I went over having certain meds refilled. One in particular if you look at my history I have used for years 1-2 times a year. 2 weeks after the appt I went to fill that prescription and discovered they did NOT add it to my list of meds. This place is great! This is the second location I've been to. Unfortunately this location is closing in March. My appointments have always been on time and very thorough and quick. Had allergy testing at both locations and the staff is truly wonderful and very welcoming. Both doctors I saw at each location were very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone going through allergies or asthma!
I made an appointment for Jan 13th, 2023 online in Dec 2022. Spoke to an office worker on Tuesday 1/10/23 to ask some questions. It was very apparent during this conversation that I was a new pt to this office. I did not find out until today when I went in for my appointment that this office is closing 3/31/23. They are not reopening a location in or near Brighton. At no time, leading up to today was there any indication that they may be closing.
