I had a shoulder injury from basketball. The massages and the customized plan helped my shoulder heal. My doctors gave advice but it was not helping as much. But the massages and plan from the massage therapist was so beneficial Highly recommend Colorado Advanced massage if you have suffered a shoulder injury or any sports injury
Wow. I haven’t had a more deeply therapeutic massage for my body. Tamara used techniques I’ve never experienced before to access my muscles and tissue that felt incredible during the session and was noticeable afterwards. Tamara is amazing at what she does. She immediately made me feel so comfortable During my first massage, and truly listens to you when you explain your problem areas / what you want your outcome to be. She explained the entire process before the massage, and checked in several times during it. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. Already made my next appointment and SO looking forward to it.
