Never received a quote for service
Painted pressure-cleaned and painted my deck with solid stain. After a year, the stain started to flake off. The Sherwin Williams man came and said the wood was too weathered for the paint to stick and that is why it is flaking off. Apparently, Color World can't recognize if a deck should be painted or the prep was not well dome. Also, the Color World rep said they would come back and fix the areas affected. Haven't heard a thing from them.
Color World Housepainting did a great job painting the interior of my home. Ivan was great to work with! Would recommend!
Owner and I have corresponded and resolved issue.
