Ruby is amazing! She did an beautiful job with my cut and color. She also did a fantastic job threading my eyebrows. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Ruby!
Salon experience was absolutely delightful asked for shoulder length hair with curls and it was made perfectly though I would say $165 is a little expensive for a cut plus curls though I do appreciate the discount it was for a kid so I believe for it to be a bit on the higher side but other than that I was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is beautiful, stylists are super nice and respectful and overall is a great experience. Would definitely recommend!
I had a highly disappointing experience at this establishment. I scheduled an appointment for eyebrow threading and arrived promptly at the designated time. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes because the manager, Ruby, was the only person available to perform the service. I was there on Saturday by appointment , Ruby was disrespectful and not friendly at all ! She did my eyebrow in 2-3 minutes and didn't bother to hand the mirror to me to see what she did like everywhere else ! It looks half done ! Waste of money ! Will not be going back .
Heard great things about the salon and was excited to try. Had something pop up and needed to cancel so I called them at 5:41pm for an appointment the next evening (24 hrs before) and they didn't answer. Tried leaving voicemail, inbox was full so it didn't let me. Texted on the chat function TWICE on two separate days, no communication back. Tried the online booking website...no way to cancel.
