If there's one word to sum up how I'm feeling it would be disappointed. ☹️ When I went to her for a second opinion after color bar did me wrong i was very upfront about my suspicion they put color and not toner on my hair. I did the consult and she seemed very confident and even made the comment I can color/lighten anyone's hair. We'll mine is the exception to the rule or just defiant. Becca is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to them for almost 2 years now and I’m ALWAYS thrilled with their work. They’re kind, understanding and so funny. Always willing to work with whatever you want to try or adjust, a huge sweetheart and without a doubt the best hair stylist in town.

I set up an appointment took the day off of work. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment sat and waited and waited. 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment I received a text she cancelled my appointment.
