I trust no one but Becca to always give me an amazing alternative hair cut style. I show her a picture of what I'm thinking and she give suggestions to make sure it fits my style and face and always kills it. Highly recommend her to everyone.
If there's one word to sum up how I'm feeling it would be disappointed. ☹️ When I went to her for a second opinion after color bar did me wrong i was very upfront about my suspicion they put color and not toner on my hair. I did the consult and she seemed very confident and even made the comment I can color/lighten anyone's hair. We'll mine is the exception to the rule or just defiant.
