I went in for a simple trim. Ashley was very, very nice, and I truly believe she meant well — but unfortunately, I left with a cut I didn’t ask for. After combing out my wavy hair with a fine-tooth comb, she began using thinning shears on my ends without asking. She said it would help prevent the bottom from looking “poofy.” I never thought of my hair that way — but now, after the cut, it does. What an absolutely magical experience getting my hair done today. I truly felt like I was hanging out with my friends and I am so thankful to Michl for providing a safe space to voice my hair concerns. I truly felt listened to and I walked out feeling like a model. See you in 3 months.

I’ve been going to Vivi for years and she is hands down THE BEST!! She never disappoints, my hair always looks and feels amazing after. I highly recommend Color & Tease salon!
