I was reluctant to try the service however the owner GUARANTEED me that the color would hold. After less than 5 months and $600 the color has lightened in all the original bleach spots. The owner will not back the warranty or do anything about it, except of course, re-dye it for a price! I would never waste my money on this again and will be filing a claim with the better business bureau.
