I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel like this one is deserved. I went in for a refill but she change the whole shape I showed her what I wanted and she disappointed me I did not expect that. I spent good money expecting at least decent results, but I honestly could’ve done a better job myself at home. Definitely won’t be returning. I got a pedicure and a full set. It took such long time didn’t do my feet or nails the way I want it barely massage. My legs nails was super thick and not painted right. I will not be gone back and they continue talking in their language, which is extremely rude. Makes you self-conscious specially when they do your feet.

Asked for hombre nails and when she was done and messed up my nails she told me, “oh yeah, I don’t know how to do hombre”. Not sure why she gave the thumbs up to begin with. She didn’t hesitate to ask for a tip when done. Unbelievable.

Leaving a one star because I can’t leave 0 stars. Place is awful! I walked in to have my nails SOAKED off and they placed my hand in a PUDDLE of acetone with cotton balls on top of my nails that they also coated in acetone. Why my hand needed to be in a puddle of acetone is beyond me. But I do typically soak them off in a bowl of acetone, so not a huge deal. Then they alternated the cotton balls from one hand to the other and when that wasn’t fast enough they started trying to RIP them off. I said “nope!” Let’s soak them off... read more
