The photos speak for itself. If they had given me, the refund I rightly deserve. I would not be writing this review right now because I understand that everyone makes mistakes. My day was practically spent going back-and-forth from this nail spa because I had to call and request for this to be fixed. They refused to give me a refund, which is unacceptable given how terrible my nails looked. I've never had my nails look this bad I had to go home And file chunks of gel product off of my skin.
Took a whole hour before even starting and 2 workers got free and went to other people when I was here before them
I came in as a walk in and saw Ann! I’m new to area and looking for a nail place. Everyone was friendly & Ann did a great job. She understood what I wanted & took time to get to know what I liked since I am a new client which I really appreciated. I’ll be back!
