I have been here a few times recently and they have been amazing at both customer service and skill. The first time I went, they accommodated my time crunch by giving me a mani and pedi at the same time. Since then, they are very friendly every visit and do a wonderful job. They recently did my teen daughter’s nails and she was thrilled with the result. Highly recommend!!

Took my 89yr old mom for a full service pedicure. It annoyed her that the Pedicurists were chatting away in their native language. I've grown use to it over the years. I mostly tune it out and find the sound of their voices pleasant enough. However, it did make me wonder if this behavior was rude. So I googled it. The photos speak for itself. If they had given me, the refund I rightly deserve. I would not be writing this review right now because I understand that everyone makes mistakes. My day was practically spent going back-and-forth from this nail spa because I had to call and request for this to be fixed. They refused to give me a refund, which is unacceptable given how terrible my nails looked. I've never had my nails look this bad I had to go home And file chunks of gel product off of my skin.

Took a whole hour before even starting and 2 workers got free and went to other people when I was here before them

I came in as a walk in and saw Ann! I’m new to area and looking for a nail place. Everyone was friendly & Ann did a great job. She understood what I wanted & took time to get to know what I liked since I am a new client which I really appreciated. I’ll be back!
