I’m not sure what her name is but she has short red hair. She is the only one available when I come so either my mom or I have had her do our nails the past 3-4 times. She will always upsell you but adding chrome. She doesn’t ask she just start to apply it. My mom likes to do dip and will schedule for dip but she will also up charge her to do tap gel. This is the second time I’ve been up charged. I came in for a fill and the man told me it was $45 I asked a couple times because of my prior experience and he said $45 when I sat down with Alina she tried to upcharge me for a design I said I was ok. When I went to pay she said it was $65 after she charged my card.
