I’ve been to this salon before for pedicures and they were great, so I came in today for a French manicure expecting the same quality. Instead, everything felt rushed and careless. The tech didn’t ask me what base color I wanted for the pink portion of the French tip, and seemed annoyed any time I tried to give input. I arrived an hour and a half before closing, yet she acted like she needed to hurry even though multiple people came in after me. I like that they take walk ins, but the customer service has been terrible more than once. I've been told one price and then charged $10 more three times now. On Friday I went in after calling prior to make sure they weren't busy. The guy asked what color I wanted and then disappeared for 15 mins only to come back and sit on his phone for another 5 mins and then repeatedly stopped to text multiple times throughout my appointment.
