Excellent service. Jenny was great. Very attentive. And the best pedicure I ever had. I highly recommend this place. In a very unique experience all their employees are great at this location.

I went in to ask about a service. They told me they didn't have an availability then said something to each other which I couldn't understand then laughed. I asked when they would have availability. They stated not that day at all in a dismissive tone and turned away. It was clear they didn't want my business. Extremely rude. Don't koow if it was racial or not. Of course I never went back.

Don’t recommend this place unless you like getting scammed. Will have an appointment but they will take anyone so you end up waiting at least 40 minutes with no apology. Went here for almost a year and then the price went up $5. I assumed it was due to price increases. After a couple times of this price increase I was a little skeptical so I called to see the price of a fill. They quoted me $40 even though the nail tech was charging me $45. This nail salon used to be very good. It is reasonably priced, but service is terrible. I called two days ahead for a pedicure appointment and arrived on time. There was one person doing manicures and two people doing pedicures. I was the only person in the salon waiting. They kept me waiting for 40 minutes and I walked out. No one ever came to me to explain the delay or give me an idea of how long I would have to wait. The salon was not busy, but obviously three customers at a time is too much for them to handle.
