Impressed with her work ethic.
She provided a very good work product on a very short turn around time. Easy to work with and a good value.
So I will start off by the actual experience of the in home appraisal I can't complain. She was not overly friendly but did the job and left. NOW where my low rating (wish it could be a 0) comes in to play from that we had some huge concerns on the reporting of the overall appraisal. Which in the end cost us our opportunity of a refinance on our home (saving $200 a month) $72,000 over the course of our loan.
