Jenny did ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my hair. I have been a long time client of hers and she always does the most incredible job. We have done so many different styles, cuts and colors over the past few years and I truly cannot thank her enough for her work. I've seen a lot of Jenny's work and she's seriously talented! She's amazing with color and styling, and you can tell she really knowledgeable when it comes to hair. She takes the time to explain options, answer questions, and help people find a look that works for them. She genuinely cares about both the results and the overall experience.

Tried to upsell me during an appointment after prying into a serious family situation and getting me into a vulnerable emotional state. I had already been clear about the services I wanted booked, but still felt pressured toward additional services, especially at a time that felt inappropriate.
