I came here from a friend's recommendation and I had a pretty decent experience for it being my first time getting individual lashes. When I arrived to the little kiosk in the center of the mall, both ladies working their were busy working on 2 customers. One customer was beyond pissed off because her eyebrows did not come out the way she wanted them too. Awkward situation since it was my first time there.
