Very unprofessional!! Only 1 person the hair stylist, no one else. I was there for about 3 hours, no walk-ins, no other customer but me. Hair stylist accused me of being rude. I told her I wanted 4” cut off my hair. She cut off at least 8” off. At the end she told me she knew I was going to be “trouble”. I kept my mouth shut, gave her 15% tip and got out of there as fast as I could!! No wonder the place is desolate !!
Aline is unbelievably talented and pays attention to every detail — the cut, the color, the styling — everything, flawless. It’s rare to find a salon where you feel completely confident in the hands of the stylist, but that’s exactly how I feel here. Results always exceed my expectations!
