Noelle does a great job cutting my hair! She's good at understanding what I want and making sure the results are exactly how I want them. She's personable and makes me feel very at ease in the chair. The salon itself is a nice environment in a convenient location. I highly recommend Noelle at Color, Cut, and Curls!
I’ve driven by their sign a million times. I hate getting my hair cut because it never looks better after I leave. I tried this salon out because they have “Curls” in their name, so I thought, “They have to know how to cut curly hair.” I’ve been on medications that have changed my hair texture and curl pattern and needed to find someone sensitive to that who knew how to bring life back into my locks.
