I want to be clear: this review has nothing to do with the dollar amount. I would have been happy to pay any price quoted to me upfront. This is strictly about poor business practices, a lack of integrity, and a business owner who does not honor his word. My truck was towed by Color Creations after being dispatched through a law enforcement rotation. He was helpful until he was not chosen to do the repairs now he won't do the estimate...oh boi!
He was extremely unprofessional, he cursed my son, my husband and myself for asking him about his fees. Never by any means use this nasty, anger man.
The owner is rude & very unprofessional. I cannot believe someone can be so narcissistic & get away with it. NEVER LET THIS COMPANY TOW YOUR VEHICLE FROM AN ACCIDENT!
