Taking my bathrooms down to the studs for a remodel, I discovered the sconce junction boxes were placed near the ceiling and not on either side of where the permanent mirror would be hung. A S&L light fixture went out after being installed less than 2 years ago. No recourse with S&Lexcept purchasing a new fixture which was over $1k. Found ColorCord via google search and was connected to Rachel on email. She was super engaged and very responsive to all my questions. ColorCord shipped the items promptly and we just installed today! Perfect fit with the S&L shades. Great company, great product, great customer service!
The company has found a nice niche for themselves, but I would suggest DIYers to stay away. I came to color cord because of their color selection, but when I made the wrong color selection (their Linen is more yellow than white) they refused to help me in anyway. Instead they gave me 10% off my next order. I spent $100 for a cord the electrician said he would pick up for me for $10. I haven't had a poor experience like this in a very long time.
