The girls were lovely and helpful. Although my fingers had multiple small cuts from the drill which are quite painful. Also asked for almond shape and would say these are more oval-like. Good customer service, but not overly happy with the outcome.
I asked for a milky effect; firstly one hand had transparent nails and the other didn't. Then another nail technician (Mia) fixed it, and the result is gorgeous! Thank you so much!
Great service! My nails look wonderful after a clean-up and fresh polish. The removal process was very professional. One tip for others: keep an eye on the card surcharges. I noticed a 2.5% charge on my Mastercard ($1 for a $40 service) despite the 1.1% sign. Hannah was very kind and patient while explaining it, but to keep things simple, I’d suggest bringing cash. Thanks again for the great nails!
