Do not get your hair done here. They are highly negligent inconsistent with pricing and frankly just do not care. They blocked me on social media because I posted an honest review of our horrific experience. My daughter and I went to the Color Cafe for a little over a year. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY. This is by far the worst hair salon I’ve ever experienced. Brianna highlighted my hair, and in doing so somehow managed to fry it off… how can you be that bad? Not only that, but it was also my baby hairs, making the damaged hair very prominent and noticeable. It ended up falling out, (no surprise there). I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
I decided to check out the Color Cafe, because I love the name. Trisha did my coloring, and it is the best coloring I've had in years. Definitely going back.
