Salon is nice. Stylist was nice unfortunately I paid for a balyage and came out dark brown. How does one ask for bleach blonde and leave the salon with a darker brown color is beyond me. I did express my disappointment before I left the salon but ultimately I still paid full price and added a tip. I did call to speak with the owner/ manager and received no follow up phone call… disappointing to say the least. I really just wanted to send pictures or show her the issue. But no follow up. Had a very good experience here. Alicia did my hair and she was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. All of the other employees smiled and were warm and welcoming. The salon was very clean as well. I was taken back for my appointment on time. I will definitely be back. My haircut is amazing as well.

My sister got her hair cut today wasn’t bad was very nice but didn’t look anything like the picture at all that I showed her, wasn’t much of a difference from her regular haircut, i payed 40 dollars for something that wasn’t close to the picture

I can not say enough about this salon, from booking to checking in to the services this is a very upscale and beautiful salon and the girls are very professional. This place deserves 10 stars for sure. Thankyou for a wonderful relaxing experience. My hair looks and feels great.
