I never got to use the service i had 3 appointments booked and my son was sick so my mother's who also had one booked wasnt able to come the appointment was at 12 30 I arrived at 12 45 and she said I want be able to do it. So total business loss as for the salon had one lady in the chair other than that it was empty. Seeing th3 other two appointments was canceled mine shouldn't have matter if I was a few mins late. I recently visited the color bar. I made an appointment with Bridget via text, I have to change my appointment and she was very accommodating. I had texted her some colors I liked and cuts. When I got there I showed Bridget some styles. My hair was pretty long, I wanted something different. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH MY HAIR COLOR AND CUT! Didn’t even get a service done because Bridgette stood us up. Phone number is disconnected. My daughter was in tears. How can someone feel so good about themselves when they do such an evil deed? Such poor customer service!!
