Horrible experience. I got there with virgin hair, I needed to cover grays. I asked what is the lighter color I can get whithout showing my rpictures, d she tell me that she doesn't know, that depends of what color I want. Apparently, the lady is unable to provide a profesional opinion. I asked for a color sample to pick a color, she didn't have it. I went to my phone to look for a color. I can prof that I had an appointment and you and your assistant ruined my day! Get some lessons how to be polite to people and remind yourself that you are not anymore in URSS to treat people like that!
Had a great experience! This was my first time getting my hair colored at a salon, I wasn’t exactly clear on how I wanted the highlights to look in the front, which was my fault. Samil was kind enough and stayed and fixed them until I was happy! I’m in love with my hair and have been receiving constant compliments.
