This is my second time using this establishment and both times I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and it took over 4 hrs to perform a basic oil change and tire patch. This time I called 2hrs after dropoff to determine if I could pickup by lunch. I was told that they were working on it but when I showed up 2 hrs after the conversation it still wasnt done. Forcing me to wait thru my lunch. Wont be coming here again!
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT TREAT AFRICAN AMERICANS LIKE HUMAN BEINGS!! DURING A RECENT 4TH OF JULY EVENT FOR THE TRI - CITIES AREA, MY FAMILY PARKED IN THEIR PARKING LOT TO ENJOY THE FESTIVITIES. INSTEAD, WE WERE HARRASSED AND THREATENED TO GET OFF OF THEIR PROPERTY OR THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE. IF YOU WANT FAIR AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. BY THE WAY, MY FAMILY AND I ENJOYED THE FIREWORKS AT THE PARKING LOT NEXT DOOR WHERE THEY WERE PLEASED TO SEE PEOPLE OF ALL RACES ENJOY THEIR INDEPENDENCE.
