Fantastic and friendly service where I go for my personal and fleet vehicles!
Eventhough there were some deficencies with the service, the staff at Colony Tire made sure that everything worked out. I currently have 3 vehicles serviced there, and will continue to support local businesses. Thanks again for your support and look forward to continuing business with you.
They called me twice to say my car was ready. They did not tell me they did not rotate tires because they said front tires in better shape which does not make sense as balancing wear is why we rotate tires. So, they gave me back the car with horrible pressure in each tire as it seems at minimum they should have fixed the pressure if they were not rotating them. I told them they needed to at least fix the pressure, one would think they would. Then they were suppose to leave an estimate in my car for four replacement tires. Th... read more
