Call to check to see if they could do u joints on my GMC and they told me they can it was on a Tuesday made appointment for Thursday . So took it in on Thursday they look at it said they can't do it I asked him twice when I called him if they can and they said Yes they can. they wasted my time I would have found a different shop that can do it. On Tuesday won't be going back
I went there a few months back got a oil change were 2 younger men running were nice told there was a wait I didn’t mind great service I go back today and a older gentleman first told me he couldn’t get it till after 12 it was 11 at the time but before I could say anything he said well he might couldn’t get to it all today I just said I would find someone else and I did in Washington very nice people
I needed brakes on the back of my car & I can do it myself but haven’t had the time to do so. So I set an appt with this location. I arrive & they take my car back to supposedly put back brake pads on my car. A employee comes out and tells me how I need rotors because they are in really bad shape and brakes. Well I disagree with him and just ask for the brakes. They then refuse to put brakes on my car and told me the surface rust was so bad where contact area was not at.
