I absolutely love Colony Tire of New Bern. Always quick to get me on the schedule and perform the highest quality work. I can’t remember all the names but the ladies up front always take care of me. Jason, Travis you both go above and beyond for me and it is always appreciated. Then there is the alignment technician, you are a tech not a mechanic man. Excellent customer service and wonderful communication with us about the oil leak with our GMC Sierra Denali . Very honest people !! They replaced our diesel fuel filter very quickly also! I’d give 10 stars if allowed! Highly recommend and we will be back for our new tires

The guys that helped me with the tire selection were so nice and helpful. The gentlemen told me the part number to order for the level kit. It was the only shop in town that told me exactly what to order and helped me through the process. They took the time to go through multiple different types of tires and quotes. The staff is so kind, helpful and friendly. I will use them in the future!
I purchased new tires from Colony Tire and Service a couple years ago. The whole experience was handled disappointingly. They forgot to provide service after a drop off and only did so when I called at the end of the day, clearly rushing to get things done at last minute. Not sure why - but they placed THREAD LOCK on my tires wheel studs. Next tire rotation at a different shop explains why they can't provide service due to damaged wheel studs and lug nuts cause by thread lock - now I have to pay to replace all four tire whe... read more
