I absolutely love Colony Tire of New Bern. Always quick to get me on the schedule and perform the highest quality work. I can’t remember all the names but the ladies up front always take care of me. Jason, Travis you both go above and beyond for me and it is always appreciated. Then there is the alignment technician, you are a tech not a mechanic man. Great team! Very efficient in the job. Front line team was friendly and good communicators.
The guys that helped me with the tire selection were so nice and helpful. The gentlemen told me the part number to order for the level kit. It was the only shop in town that told me exactly what to order and helped me through the process. They took the time to go through multiple different types of tires and quotes. The staff is so kind, helpful and friendly. I will use them in the future!
Highly recommend for any automotive service, very easy to work with excellent communication and most importantly very honest .
I’m never one to write reviews but this one is definitely necessary. I originally took my car to Colony tire in new bern on April 2023. At that time my car had the check engine light on for a couple of days and had an oil leak, I went in dropped my car off and they “ repaired it ”I use that term very lightly. It was for the leak repairing the housing unit. I paid nearly $800 to have my issue fixed. 2 weeks later, my cars check engine light came back on.
