I've been a loyal customer of Colony Tire for years, and I keep coming back because of their outstanding customer service and honest work. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They take great care of my vehicle without trying to drain my wallet with unnecessary repairs. It's hard to find a business you can truly trust, and Colony Tire has earned my trust time and time again. Highly recommend!.
The guys that helped me with the tire selection were so nice and helpful. The gentlemen told me the part number to order for the level kit. It was the only shop in town that told me exactly what to order and helped me through the process. They took the time to go through multiple different types of tires and quotes. The staff is so kind, helpful and friendly. I will use them in the future!
I brought my car in today because of a problem with one of my tires not holding air. I had previously brought it into another garage on two occasions, and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it . Today, they pulled out a large nail and the best part is that they didn’t even charge me for it as I am an existing customer. They are the best ! Thank you!
I absolutely love Colony Tire of New Bern. Always quick to get me on the schedule and perform the highest quality work. I can’t remember all the names but the ladies up front always take care of me. The skill you have in alignments is top notch in this town. I have never once had to bring my truck back to this place. I rebuilt the entire front end on my 2500HD took it in f... read more
Always friendly staff and the quality of service is great. I went in this week for oil, tire rotation and wipers and they were great about letting me know I really needed new rear brakes. They worked up an estimate on the spot and it was in my opinion much better in cost than I would have found elsewhere. It's hard times right now for everyone and this business does not hose people or pressure you into the extras. I've been coming here for years and trust Colony like family. They got me out same day and in what I thought was... read more
