Outstanding service! Missed our appointment time by more than an hour and they fit us in to their schedule. My experience over many years is that pricing is fair for service performed. They don’t try to up charge you for a service you may not need. If they find something that should be repaired they call and advise you, for you to make a decision. I find them fair, honest, professional and courteous. Definitely a place to go for vehicle service.
The guys that helped me with the tire selection were so nice and helpful. The gentlemen told me the part number to order for the level kit. It was the only shop in town that told me exactly what to order and helped me through the process. They took the time to go through multiple different types of tires and quotes. The staff is so kind, helpful and friendly. I will use them in the future!
The good: they were quick✅ The bad: I was told over the phone one price and it was not mentioned the extra added fees. $130.00 turned into $158.00!!! I would have went elsewhere because I was quoted a lower price without all of the enormous EXTRAS😮💨
I was in great need of a tire replacement.....so I made a mad DASH to Colony Tire in Newbern NC.....at 7 am walked in and spoke with Kathleen.... she is very polite, professional and helpful....they got me in at 7 am with no appointment.....replaced the tire and I was back DASHING around town....all of my future car repairs will be done at Colony tire....Thanks again Colony Tire for your excellent service...update 03/27/2025 today was another great day at Colony Tire....needed another tire replaced ...was supposed to be in ... read more
I have taken my ancient (2004) Toyota Camry to Colony Tire for the past 8-10 years . I have found the office staff friendly and knowledgeable and the service dept. personnel to be experts at what they do in keeping my ancient car on the road. I have recommended Colony Tire to several friends who were new to the area and did not know where to go for car service .
