You lost our account over a plugged tire and your terrible handling of that issue. ***EDITED FOR ****REPLY to your reply**** Your reference to safety is understood and appreciated..however, that wasn't the issue. The issue was fact that I pointed out where I felt air leaking..and the tire repair person said it wasn't leaking there but at another spot and plugged/patched the tire. When he was about done he said I could go inside and pay the bill..$104. After remounting and filling with air I again pointed out to spot and show... read more
