And that I would have to schedule in person or over the phone. Why would a company allow online appointment and not HONOR them? Needed 2 new tires which they were able to get very quickly that’s why I give them 3 stars. Although service was not great. When I first walked in the guys just stared till I said something first. Then it took them around 4 hours to mount the two tires that i dropped off. At one point I could see my wheels and tires sitting in the shop completely finished up (atleast that’s what it looked Ike) but still nothing. Not the worst place I’ve been do but not the best.
Amazing customer service and workmanship Hunter Belch was very helpful
