No handicap accessable rooms, at all. Not handicapped friendly. Followed directions colony inn placed about clean linens ( put outside your door before 10am) and did not receive clean linens, had to go ask for them. When asked why our linens were not picked up front desk tried to tell us we didn't have them outside the door ( we out them out the night before) Asked for a housekeeper to come change linens on bed and was informed we would have to wait the next day, and still did not get a housekeeper visit. Let me start by saying this: don't let the current 2-star rating influence your decision to stay here. We almost overlooked the Colony Inn because of the rating, and we're so glad we didn't. The location is excellent—less than a five-minute walk to the beach via a convenient path that connects directly to the public beach access. You really can't ask for a better location.
