In May 2022, I book a cottage for my family and I for over $500 and they canceled the trip due to the hurricane. Since then I have sent numerous emails and made multiple calls to try and get a refund or credit. They said they don’t give refunds and that I have a credit to use. For the past 3 years I have been trying to book my stay with my credit and they won’t let me. PLEASE just refund me if we can’t enjoy what we paid for.
