Im working with many buyers looking to purchase a mobile home on either rented or owned land. Colony Point is by far the nicest park when it comes to atmosphere, price and location. Tucked away from US 27 but conveniently close to WalMart and other shopping, Colony Point has a beautiful clubhouse and pool/spa area. Some lots are rented, some are owned and pride in homeownership clearly shows.
