Update... This place deserves NO STARS....BEWARE OF CINDY. I WAS A FEW MONTHS AWAY FROM PAYING OFF MY TRAILER AND SHE TOOK ME TO COURT FOR TERMINATION OF MY LEASE AND I DID NOTHING WRONG, SHE JUST HATES ME BECAUSE IM NOT LIKE HER. HER REASON FOR THE TERMINATION? I WASN'T A GOOD FIT FOR THE PARK. 6 YEARS LATER AND 3 MONTHS SHORT OF OWNING MY HOME. AND THE KICKER.. THE JUDGE OK'D THIS BECAUSE THE LEASE STATES THE CAN TERMINATE THE LEASE WHENEVER SHE WANTS AND FOR ANY REASON THEY SEE FIT. I PAID 25,000 ON THAT TRAILER AND LOST ... read more
