I cannot say enough good things about this marina and their staff. They went out of their way to help me. I had to have service done on my proppeler and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In particular Jamie, Mike, Skip and Cindy….they made my experience stress free and very easy. I can not thank them enough for all they did for me. The decision to return to Colony Marine in Saint Clair Shores for another boat was both easy and wise. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in every department we came in contact with. We recently purchased our Boston Whaler from Colony Marine. Our salesperson, Clayton, gave us the most dedicated, professional and friendly attention possible. It was our pleasure to deal with such an honest, straight-shooting and knowledgeable individual. We also dealt with their staff in the finance, service and parts departments. Everyone was helpful, friendly and treated us like we were their only customer.
I purchased a used pontoon boat from Colony Marine in St. Clair Shores. My salesman Aren P. was the best saleperson I have ever had buying cars or boats. He was totally transparent, which was really great, especially when you are purchasing a used boat. When I went to close on the boat, Aren was actually at another store but everything went very smoothly. Walked in and said we were interested in upgrading and we’re looking for a 28ft cabin cruiser. Lady right away said we don’t make cabin cruisers that small. And pretty much dismissed us. Clearly have used boats on the property but didn’t even offer to say that. Could tell she didn’t want to be bothered with us. Obviously there are no shortage of marinas in the area so we’ll just go elsewhere but this lady isn’t great for business if she doesn’t even want to give customers any info about what their company offers (I.e. new an... read more
