I'm a repeat customer. Great service. Easy to book reservations. Estimate cost covered prior to booking.
Would definitely not recommend. First off I tried reaching out to Bobby multiple times before writing a review and never got a return call or email. The limo was less than ideal, had hand prints/names/smears all over the windows. The ceiling had smear marks all over it as well from parties before ours. It definitely didn’t feel clean or what we expected for spending the amount of money we did. It was very outdated. The limo driver (Mike) was very under trained. Pick up from IAH, party of 20, Driver was too arrogant, and argued with us over little things. Didn’t appreciate my help with loading the luggage, instead told me rudely to get away. If he can’t do his job properly he must look for a job where he can argue, disrespect and order the customers. Overall the company is nice and we have been using them for many years. Mostly Mr Momin does the booking. Sorry for 1 star.
We have been using Colony Limo for over 15 years, at least 10 or 12 times a year, and they are always on time, professional and friendly. We highly recommend this service.
