This HOA is a joke, don’t park in the driveway to load and unload atv because it’s against the rules… so sick of these ridiculous letters as if I have the trailer in my driveway all the time. Nothing but stingy nothing better to dos patrolling the neighborhood. I hope your tires catch nails and you get flats on all 4 tires and have a terrible day. HOA likes to play games.
the HOA does not allow more then 2 leases in a 12 month period or a shorter lease then 12 months. In order to break a rental lease in this community, you would be responsible for the rent until the lease end date, as per HOA they do not allow a house to be reRented in a single 12 month period. So stay out of colony lakes because god for bid life changes for any reason and work relocates you.
