The Colony Inn is aa no frills motel. Rooms recently remodeled. Very clean! No bed bugs! Quite affordable. They have a pool and a jacuzzi. Plenty of free parking! Best thing about this place? It is right across the street from Knotts Berry Farm. Very walkable and you dont have to pay $60 to park your car . I recommend this place for a weekend stay.
Stay away from this Inn. Cockroach, smelly room and broken toilet .They didn't gave us a refund. We change accommodation right away .
Me and my family stayed here on October 10 and we had a horrible experience in this place only reason why we took it was because we had gotten tickets for the knots berry farm. The rooms are disgusting we saw dirt on the furniture and behind furniture we seen furniture Brocken like drawers and one of the doors and the restroom didn’t seem clean either especially the shower and the fridge and microwave were very dirty from the inside it looked like they didn’t even try to clean after the last guest. Please reconsider staying at this location. The staff—especially the man handling evening check-ins—were extremely rude, lazy, and inconsiderate. We requested room service three separate times and never received it. The room and sheets were dirty, and when we reported it, the front desk told us to change them ourselves instead of addressing the issue. First I’ll start by saying people will write anything in a review to hurt the business. But it affects those of us who believe it. Until we get there. The man greeted me he wasn’t on the phone like they said he would be. He did NOT ask me for a $100 deposit. There were NO ROCHES. who ever wrote those reviews must have traveled them there from their own home. It was convenient for the location. It is a bit out dated.
