Worst place to live. There is always police there for complaints. The management sucks. You don’t get any help until 3 to 6 months after your request to fix things. Your deposit say goodbye. If you want the paint color for your house to try to keep deposit they say they can’t give it to you. Not worth living here
Worst place to rent from!
Zero stars if I could. I didn’t want to leave a Review or deal with this But here we are. I have lived here for nearly 4 years. I can say them responding to any maintenance issue was a Pain I had issues with my water heater for some time and that guy that was sent to my unit to have a look Had no clue what was going on and express to me that he was just a Painter. These people after I moved out of this apartment they charged me $10,000 for getting out of a toxic environment to be in a safer place. I was there for 6 months and I dont feel it's the right things to do and or if not I am not responsible for paying it. I am VERY dissatisfied with the property management and making me feel I am not being heard/ ignored. All they care about if their money for rent and yet it's a waste! This place is not the way to go and I dont approve of their terms and agreements.
