We have lived here for almost 3 years. Colony cove tries to showve it to you as much and as often as possible. The rent and the utilies go up every year and then in that charge they charge you tax on property you do not own. It's called a pass on charge/tax 75.00 monthly for the lot you do not own. Ha!! They let the most scummy homes get run down and yet visitors can not park on the street when they come to visist. Ha! They have to park on the roof or some where off the street. My husband and I have owned a nice home in Colony Cove for 16 years. We are quiet and mind our own business !!! We love it here and I have to say I have never seen a green pool down here. I dont care if the grass is just a little high it will be taken care of. Be nice to your neighbors, get to know them and maybe they might clean up the poop !!! I just got ANOTHER compliance letter from Colony Cove. Now, this MH Park is not the best around. It's old and every tom dick and harry live here. 55 or NOT! Lawn service sux, people at office are NOT helpful, except Isabella. There is trash all over the park. Cigarette butts everywhere. This letter to me from CC says I got to power wash my 48-year-old trailer. My trailer looks better than 3 qtrs of the homes in this place. For the life of me I wonder where these green pools and bad lawn mowing jobs are. Where are these noisy neighbors and welfare recipients? Sounds like maybe these complainers need to return to their original areas. We've been here 3 1/2 years and have nice neighbors, a clean pool, lawn mowed with care. In other words, we like it here! Some people just love complaining about literally everything.
Not a nice place to live! Has never been quiet or peaceful since we moved in. 3 neighbors are constantly slamming their car doors all day/night. Too many welfare people on government assistance; but seem to have time to invade everyone's privacy. Complaining to the office does no good; and the security is no help when we need them; and they favor some over others. Neighbor across the street lets her dogs poop on my lawn; but that's okay. Beware of this place some are thieves here.
