I've had a thoroughly terrible experience with this company, and I didn't even live here. My boyfriend lived here for a year, and my car was stolen from the parking lot. Considering there was a security camera pointed at the spot, we contacted management. They told us that none of the cameras actually record footage, so there was nothing they could do. Ms. Cottrell’s review necessitates our reply. The arena of online reviews can be very helpful and we use them ourselves. But they are unjust when someone invents a review to harm the reputation of a company. We deny Ms. Cottrell’s allegations. Ms. Cottrell has repeatedly made negative comments online about our Colony Club Apartments and even after making such comments she applied to move in (with her boyfriend who already lived here). Nice, safe neighborhood with a Krogers across the street. Good enough for college students. Clean, well maintained. 1970's building decor. My son did live there the four years he went to OSU and never had any problems.
