I had made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and repairs done. I live 1 1/2 hrs. from Colony but because I had purchased my vehicle there I wanted them to look at it. I dropped my vehicle off approximately 1hr. before my appointment time and returned about 3 hrs. later only to find out my vehicle had not been looked at nor would it be looked at that day.
