Horrible experience. Would not recommend - a waste of time and lack of care overall
When I call their number there isn't an option to talk to a person and there is no way to cancel appointment on the patient portal.
First time for therapy because my only sibling passed away unexpectedly. The billing department has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They switched apps during my time there and made it impossible to see what they were taking out of my bank account and when. No statements available. And when you call the main office the woman who I assume is the office manager/secretary acts bothered and angry you dare call to ask a schedule question.
