Nice older condo on the beach. Very nice unit. Only drawback is no elevators to get to the second floor.

Sharing on google due to the review of condo 120 not being posted hiding negative reviews from potential renters. Review of Colony Beach Club 120 Our stay at Colony Beach Club 120 was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a non-functioning screen door that slammed loudly, startling our neighbors and scaring the kids. The door trim was covered in rust and paint chips.
