Sharing on google due to the review of condo 120 not being posted hiding negative reviews from potential renters. Review of Colony Beach Club 120 Our stay at Colony Beach Club 120 was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a non-functioning screen door that slammed loudly, startling our neighbors and scaring the kids. The door trim was covered in rust and paint chips. Very well run and kept nice and clean and organized beautiful views of the ocean
LOVED our unit! Had a newly remodeled unit. It was quiet and very clean..updated new stainless steel appliances..marble counter tops..cutely decorated..loved the green in both rooms! Walk in shower was nice in master ..both very clean too.huge frameless tv..gas grill down by pool..grounds kept up.. pool never too busy ..would def recommend family trip staying here. The ONLY issue we had is when we went to wash our personal towels and some of the units..when we went to get out of dryer they were stolen..gone! After asking aro... read more
