When they don't get their extra money from insurance, they take it out on you by hiding your car in their shop and putting something foul and raunchy inside it ruining rear floor carpet with stains and odors under the floor mat. Anonymous

Poor customer service, too expensive with extra hidden costs, poorly operated business, they lie and cheat you, go to another auto body shop, getting your car back is way too long, don't care about the customer, they use profanity, after car is fixed you can't use your car, they put something bad like yogurt in your car that stinks and is nauseating, they want you to call insurance companies to get extra money, they cause you much anxiety by phone and in person, they made a permanent stain on rear carpet under floor mat wi... read more

Very bad service, very expensive, very miserable business, don't trust them, stay away, expect very long delays, very unreasonable, very unprofessional, expect many headaches and stress, after fixing your car they hide it in their shop, car came in smelling very clean then came out smelling like a dead mouse inside, poured something onto carpet under rear floor mat causing a white and black stain, what took 3 days took 4 weeks, they want you as a customer to do their work for them. dbw
