I am writing this review as a frequent visitor. I am at this apartment community at least twice a week, and what I have experienced over the past couple months is extremely concerning from a safety standpoint. The elevator is broken more then it works! A total of 31 days within the last two months. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a serious safety issue. I used to love my apartment with no complaints—until recently. Now they’re charging us $5 for visitors, and I don’t understand how that’s acceptable. They used to give us visitor passes, and now everything is done through an app, which is fine because sometimes you can’t make it to the office. Having moved here from NYC was pretty much a trauma for me. Living here at colony has been great. Sam and Alexis are terrific. If I need anything it gets taken care of right away. I tell people about Colony wherever I go
I’m the guest of a resident there and in the 10 min I stopped by to pick up my dog my car was stolen by the tow company employed by the apartment complex. No visitors allowed should be posted when you pull into complex. What a horrible thing to do to people. $340. To get my car back. I wonder how much the complex made off of that. They are crooks! Do not move there if you have any friends or family because they are NOT WELCOME!!
The Colony Apts was it good choice for me and my wife Bruce and Patricia Jones apartment 135 building 2 we enjoyed the living conditions we're enjoying the new community that we're in. The maintenance team they do a great job and the reception ladies in the rental office are very kind and professional we plan to stay here until we can't stay here as long as we can .
