I’m not going to give an apartment complex 5 stars because they can always be better, but this place is really nice. The price is high but you do get what you pay for. The apartments are clean and I haven’t seen any roaches. I moved in early January. The grounds are nice and although I haven’t used the gym, the pool is pretty clean too. Maintenance could use some work, as I’ve put in a few requests and they’ve told me that what I mentioned in them wasn’t broken, but it is. Overall, really nice, way better than my last place!
Do not move here…they will steal your deposit. Upon move out we took photos and videos of the near perfect condition we left the unit in. To our surprise, a few weeks later we received a bill stating in addition to not receiving our deposit back we owed additional money. We called the office several times to have a breakdown of the charges and were given false info that it was for utility bills that weren’t paid. I really wish I can give this apartment complex 5 stars. The location is near the freeway and fairly quiet area to live in. However, the requests for maintenance can take months to complete. In addition, they will not update you unless you ask about the progress. My biggest complaint is the parking. If you do rent here, make sure you don't get assigned a parking spot near the mailbox.
