Hello, I recently applied for a two bedroom, two bath apartment at the Colonnade apartments and this is my second time applying for these apartments, however, my application was denied by Taylor Warrington twice. I am young black woman who has been denied by Taylor Warrington due to my race. If you are a black woman, please do not apply to these apartments as Taylor Warrington, the housing manager is prejudice and rude and will deny your application on the basis of ethnicity, RUN!!!!!
It got one star because I had to other wise it would be minus 5! There is so many thing's wrong with this place and it's management starting with them gouging people to live in a complex they do little to care for. The unprofessional employees, ignoring requests for maintenance, allowing other tenants dog's to bark relentlessly! Cars broken into the list is endless! There are tenant rights being violated period!! It's disheartening to see more negative reviews about this diabolical apartment and it's employees 2 years later.... read more
The property does not follow the laws regarding returning security deposits and when contacted, their staff do not appear to be aware of the laws either. -Edit 1/7/26 While I appreciate your response, I still have not received my security deposit refund and my emails asking for an update have gone unanswered. I was told over a week ago it was being worked on.
