The apartments are great as well as management and maintenance. Any issues are handled promptly and any updates or news are communicated with the residents as needed. The price per month is great for what you get and the size of the units. I can not recommend them enough if you're looking for a good complex to rent from.
Our experience with Colonie Apartments and staff has been excellent and positive. Starting from the house tour to starting application, staff Janel has been attentive and supportive to our questions. From the signing process and lease process, she has been even more patient and responsive to our requests and making the whole process less stressful and difficult than it seemed. Definitely recommend this place just for the exceptional staffs and how welcoming they are!
I haven’t moved in yet, but I have to say Janel has been outstanding. I’m moving to the area from out of state , she made this so easy & seamless, she followed up with me , she was so kind , so helpful & genuine. I am so grateful for her level of customer service and level of care. It speaks volumes about this complex. I am excited for my first home in the Buffalo / Amherst area to be at Colonie Apartments.
My experiences here have been entirely positive, the management, particularly Jenall and Laura are responsive helpful kind, nothing but good things to say here. The location is ideal and I think it’s very reasonably priced
