Our experience with Colonie Apartments and staff has been excellent and positive. Starting from the house tour to starting application, staff Janel has been attentive and supportive to our questions. From the signing process and lease process, she has been even more patient and responsive to our requests and making the whole process less stressful and difficult than it seemed. Definitely recommend this place just for the exceptional staffs and how welcoming they are!
I haven’t moved in yet, but I have to say Janel has been outstanding. I’m moving to the area from out of state , she made this so easy & seamless, she followed up with me , she was so kind , so helpful & genuine. I am so grateful for her level of customer service and level of care. It speaks volumes about this complex. I am excited for my first home in the Buffalo / Amherst area to be at Colonie Apartments.
My experiences here have been entirely positive, the management, particularly Jenall and Laura are responsive helpful kind, nothing but good things to say here. The location is ideal and I think it’s very reasonably priced
I would definitely live here again (just renewed my lease too). All of my comments are based on my apartment building and the people I share it with. Goods: quiet, friendly neighbor (my neighbor deserves neighbor of the year, when he sees a package for us he would help us bring it to our door) the location is nice, right next to campus and everything is fairly close (Wegman, Bj, restaurants).
