Ikare Funeral/ Irina Kushnerova is excellent at her job. My grandmother prearranged the funeral so we did not choose Irina but if you are in the position of choosing, I cannot recommend her more highly. She is very skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate. She made a very difficult process the least painful for my family. If you are the eldest immigrant daughter especially, she will see you and work for you.

Caring, respectful, and full of honor and grace. That defines the service for my beloved husband. I was so anxious about planning a memorial service, but after just one meeting with Al and his team, I felt seen and heard. They brought all of my ideas to fruition and everything was flawless. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me and my family through a very difficult time.

Al and his team are absolutely wonderful. Caring, compassionate, helpful are just a few words to describe the wonderful staff here. After witnessing an absolutely horrible funeral home before this, we found Colonial Wojciechowski. Their friendly demeanor and compassion were the first things we noticed. The space is beautiful, a lot lighter and open than most Chicago funeral homes. The dining area is modern and beautiful.
