AWFUL DEALERSHIP. They lied about the lease I got from them, and lied about reimbursing me for my inspection. THIEFS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had an appointment for 10:15 for a “low tire pressure” alert that I think is due to cold weather. Waited for over two hours with no updates and finally left without ever having my car looked at. While waiting, I tried to get some work done but had the pleasure (sarcasm) of listening to employees obnoxiously singing and Stephanie from finance shouting someone’s social security number and first and last name loudly enough for all to hear. I hate this place. Extremely unprofessional staff.
