Find something different.. They've been "under construction since February 2015, office people are really rude to residents & do nothing when residents file complaints about other residents. Apartments are spacious but aren't worth the ever rising rent..

Im going to be very straight to the point. I lived at the paddock club for a year. Over all the complex and staff was Ok. Not the bes. The problem came when we moved out. This is to warn everyone about this. Because what they did was ridiculous. We were told we have to leave the apartment neat and clean after we moved out. And we did. We even paid someone to go and clean the apartment. After we moved moved they sent us a letter saying they were charging the oven,refrigirator cleaning. sent me to collection after 10 days over the Easter holiday! I was never late on rent. left early and had to pay $2500 penalty. agreed to 3 payments. made 1st one. 2nd one due 3/27. went on easter holiday and got snowed in. wasn't able to pay online due to their new system. came home 4/6 and immediately emailed to ask how to pay. they said i was already sent to collection!!!! ridiculous

This complex has the rudest staff you will ever encounter. I've read enough reviews elsewhere to know that it’s their regular demeanor. Anyone who disagrees is a staff member disguised as a tenant. Also know that these people are in the business of keeping your security deposit. You don t have an attorney on retainer, and their parent corporation has an entire legal division. I'll begin with parking- The parking is so horrible- good luck ever getting the office to rent you a parking spot. The whole year I lived there I saw numerous people move in and get parking spots, yet somehow every time I asked if a spot was available yet they would say no. So instead, I had to literally park almost a mile away from my apartment every single day, walk through several sprinklers (that were aimed at the sidewalks and parking lots), while my new neighbors always managed to get a covered spot. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET. When you initially visit, they come off as extremely pet friendly. They talk up the dog park and that they are one of the only apartments in Hermitage that allow up to 75lb dogs. The pet fee is $300 (which is for them only) and then $15 pet rent per month for their animal trash cans around the complex..... IT DOES NOT GO TOWARDS ANYTHING ELSE. The woman who practically runs Colonial Grand in Round Rock, TX. gave us the absolute WORST customer service on Earth like the person below. After hearing that my wife and I would not be renewing our lease because we bought a home AND because the rent sky-rocketed an extra $400, she continued to tell us that we did not owe anything else to them after paying the final rent/water payment. Loved the apartment WORST service in history! Jennifer Barto literally her words "I don't have time for your issues, I have more important matters to complete I am going to have to ask you to leave." TO A RESIDENT, who pays on time, does not come and ask for multiple things, just trying to complete paper work for their apartment! If you are looking for an agent, DO NOT have her be your agent she will not have time for you.

This place is great!! Wonderful office staff. Melanie was the one that took care of me. She was so informative. Made me so excited to live here. I just moved in and it is just as great as she painted it to me. She is the sweetest, caring, patient person. And so diligent she work so fast anything I ask she makes it happen. The other ladies in the office a really nice too! My apartment is so exquisite. I love everything thing about this place.
